Refund Policy: Please note that we do not offer refunds. In the event that you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we provide an exchange option.
Exchange Procedure: To initiate an exchange, ensure that the item is in its original packaging, with all accessories and instruction manuals intact. The product should be in the same condition as when it was purchased.
Exchange Within Purchase Amount: You can choose to exchange your item with any other product available in our store, provided it falls within the same purchase amount. This way, you can explore different options and find the perfect toy or game that suits your preferences.
SHIPPING POLICY

Payment via M-Pesa: You can complete your purchase using M-Pesa, making the transaction process simple and efficient.
Local Delivery: After confirming your order, we can arrange for a local rider to deliver your items directly to your doorstep. Payment to the rider can be made upon receipt of your goods, ensuring a secure and convenient process.
Outside Nairobi/Mombasa: For deliveries beyond Nairobi and Mombasa, we partner with reputable courier services such as G4S and Wells Fargo. Please note that an additional fee may apply for deliveries outside of these cities. This allows us to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your items to locations across Kenya.
